    Our dedicated boxing area has a variety of boxing bags and speed balls to help improve your hand eye co-ordination.  As well as being a great form of cardio it also helps release the stresses of the day

  • Car Parking & Changing Rooms

    We offer all our members free car parking on site and with over 100 spaces we are sure you will always get a space. We also have dedicated changing facilities with showers, lockers and hair dryers. (Lockers require padlocks which are sold at reception).

  • Cardio Area

    Your heart is the centre of everything. With a stronger heart, you can pump oxygen-rich blood around your body faster, making it easier to both get and stay fit. Our huge range of cardio fitness training equipment is state of the art and great fun to use. We make sure you have everything you need to give your heart and lungs a great workout.

  • Classes

    At Arrow Valley Health Club we take great pride in offering an exciting and varied class timetable and are accredited Les Mills, Spinning and Insanity providers.  Whether you are training for a marathon and want to build you stamina or just workout as part of a group, we have the activities to meet your needs.

  • Free Weights

    Free weight exercises enable the muscles to contract through a fuller range of motion giving an advanced muscle workout.

  • Ladies Only Area

    We understand it takes courage to step into the gym and train.  Therefore, we have developed a private ladies area where you can feel at ease.  We find that after a while a lot of our female members gain the confidence and composure to move into our mixed use gym and classes.

  • Personal Training

    This is more than just one-to-one training. As well as using specialist knowledge to inspire and support you in your exercise, our REPS 3 level Personal Trainers are the full package – they’ll train mind as well as body, helping you to think differently about fitness and nutrition, in a way that suits your lifestyle. This is PT at its best.

  • Resistance Area

    Cable strength equipment is a great progression from fixed strength equipment and takes your strength training to the next level using multi-directional movement. It mimics the movement found in real situations and so works on a wider muscle group.

  • Sauna/Steam Room/Jacuzzi

    Our post-workout facilities enable you to soothe your muscles and ease any aches, great for minimising ‘next day stiffness’. Whether you’re looking for a steam, a sauna, or a soak in one of our spa pools, we offer you a great way to relax and rejuvenate.

  • Spinning

    As an official spinning partner we are able to offer our members the state of the art Star trac spin bikes in our dedicated spin studio.

  • Squash Courts

    With two squash courts within our club we find that they offer both a different type of cardio workout and even give a workout a competitive angle.  Being England Squash & racket ball approved courts we offer facilities that are used by local leagues as well as enthusiasts who want a friendly game with other members.

    With literally hundreds of exercises available to work with, TRX Suspension training can take your workout to a totally new level.
